Frequently Asked Delivery Information

Substitution Rule

We will try our best to make sure that we use the same flowers as seen in the pictures. However, should any particular flower becomes unavailable, we will substitute it with similar blooms so that the whole product in general still looks as stunning. We will make the above substitution without noticing in advance.

In the case that most flowers become unavailable and the design cannot be achieved, we will contact customers and decide the next step.

 

 

Delivery

We deliver to all Metro Sydney suburbs, different rates apply.

We try our best to cater your delivery request, but unfortunately the unexpectable does happen.

Please read below delivery information you shall know before placing the order to avoid unwanted surprises.

Monday to Friday Delivery

Orders placed BEFORE 12pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business addresses are guaranteed to arrive (anytime) by 5pm on the same day.

Online orders placed BEFORE 2pm AEST for residential addresses are guaranteed to be delivered (anytime) by 7pm on the same day.

Saturday Deliveries

We guarantee that orders placed BEFORE 11am (AEST) on Saturdays will be safely delivered by 6pm the same day.

Delivery on Sunday or Public Holidays

We will try to cater your Sunday or Public Holiday deliveries to the best we could. However, when Sunday (except for Mother's Day) or Public Holiday deliveries become not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day. If you require urgent delivery on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please contact us by telephone on 02 9460 2010 PRIOR to placing your order to check whether this is possible. (Please Note: Additional delivery charges will apply.)

Specific Time Delivery

Where necessary, a specific delivery time can be requested directly by calling 02 9460 2010 or email to orders@floressence.com.au.

Please note that although we will endeavour to do our best to fulfil your request, it unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

 

If Recipient Is Not Home

We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so.  If for some reason it is not safe we will leave a text message to recipient and do our best to return to the address the same day. However, an additional delivery charge may apply. Please ensure that you leave recipient's phone number in case.

 

Incorrect Address Given 

We are not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.
